This website (timelapsehizmeti.com) is operated by Sargem Elektronik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("the Company"). Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), the Company acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What Personal Data We Process
When you fill out the contact/quote form on this site, we receive the following personal data: your full name, email address, phone number, company/organization name, the number of cameras and estimated duration for your project, your city/district, your selected service type (rental/purchase), and any other information you share in your message. Like any website, we may also retain standard technical logs (IP address, browser information, access time) for a limited period for server security purposes.
Purpose and Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you, provide you with a quote, and carry out the process related to the service you requested, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and the data controller's legitimate interest.
Data Transfers
Your personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with the email/hosting service providers we use to deliver our services. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention Period
Data submitted through the form is retained for as long as necessary to resolve your request and fulfil any applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, you may apply to the Company to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information about it if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
